The 27-inch base cabinet is an underappreciated size. Wider than a 24 but not as common as a 30, it fills layout gaps that other cabinets can't. Two doors, one drawer, one adjustable shelf. It's the same build as every cabinet in this collection: 1/2" solid plywood box with UV coated interior, 3/4" birch full overlay doors on 6-way adjustable soft-close hinges, and a 5-piece drawer front riding a 5/8" dovetailed box on undermount full-extension soft-close glides.
